Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Neucelle. We've kept it plain — and the billing and cancellation terms say exactly what the pricing page says, on purpose.

Last reviewed: 29 May 2026

These terms govern your use of neucelle.ch and the Neucelle application, operated by [TODO: legal entity name](“Neucelle”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Neucelle reads the supplier invoices you provide, extracts their line items, and computes recipe-level and menu-level food cost. Optional integrations sync sales (POS) and accounting data. We provide the service “as is” and work to keep it accurate, but you remain responsible for verifying figures before you rely on them for business decisions.

Trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We do not ask for a payment method to begin the trial, so nothing is charged when it ends. If you choose not to continue, your account simply pauses and your data stays available to export.

Billing

Cancellation and refunds

Acceptable use

You agree to use Neucelle only for your own restaurant operation, to upload only data you are entitled to process, and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other customers' data.

Your data

You own your data. We process it as described in the Privacy notice and protect it as described on the Security page. You can export or delete it at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Neucelle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify you by email and update the date above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with the courts of [TODO: place of jurisdiction] having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: [TODO: hello@neucelle.ch].
